  1. I have a couple of questions regarding wheels on a 996 C2. I have a bent rear wheel and am looking at replacing it since I have already had it sent out for straightening without success. Has anyone had any experience with buying non Porsche replica wheels? I use the car for DE events and am concerened that aftermarket replacement wheels won't hold up to the stress at the track. Also, does anyone have any experience at increasing rim width/tire size on this type of car? If so, how wide can you go without having clearance issues, and what rim width and offset/ spacers did you use? Mike P hey it snowed here last week :censored:
  2. Thanks. Got any advice though on swaybar setup after I've installed them? I could use advice on what the effects are of using the adjustable holes on the bars, ie which hole to use to stiffen/loosen the bar. I understand that more rear bar and less front bar will induce more oversteer, but does anyone have any experience with this? Also what efect does adjusting the links have on all of this? Live In Canada... track season is over for us this year :( But.. with NEW Calabogie Motorsports Park opening up next spring it gives me 3 world class venues within a 3 hour ride from home :thumbup: plus Watkins Glen 6 hours away!   3. I am looking at upgrading my 996 with GT3 swaybars for my street and DE driven 996. I know that they are adjustable, but are there any resources out there available on how to set them up right? I know that the stock drop links are to long and will need to be replaced. If I buy somthing like the agency power type links, they are adjustable as well. If anyone has some experience doing this any tips would be appreciated.
