New throttle body installed. Now time to road test for a few days to see if the problem is solved. crossing my fingers.

I ordered a new throttle body today. We'll try that. It's cheaper than a new ecm. Hope it fixes the problem.

I have a 2005 997 Carrera manual trans. The throttle peddle suddenly stops working occasionally when starting off or even driving down the road. When it happens, I have to take my foot of the peddle a reapply gas and it takes off again.
No codes are coming up. I bought and replaced the gas peddle and it's still doing it. I did take it to the dealer and it did it to them while test driving it. I hate to dumb money into it trying all kinds of fixes. Has anyone had the same issue?
Battery Dead
in 997-1 Series (Carrera, Carrera 4, Carrera 2S, Carrera 4S)

I left for vacation and returned to find my battery dead also. One day sitting in the car with the ignition key out, I heard a clicking. Came to find out the passenger seat adjustment control was stuck. Move the control back to off and no more battery issues.
