    Thanks for all the advice...was able to square it away with Porsche Headquarters and have the latest Euro NAV update installed on the PCM 3.0 via a local Belgian Porsche dealer. Cost was about Euro 450 for parts and labor-- not too bad! Cheers, Smittycat

    Excellent, thank you for the insight on the PCM 3.0 vs. 2008 and older models. So with this in mind, can I order a Euro NAV update (DVD loaded to hard drive?) from the States and have the update done at a European dealer, or would I typically have to purchase the Euro NAV update from a dealer in Europe and have them install to the hard drive? And do you have any dealers to recommend in either Belgium (preferred) or Germany that can accomplish the NAV change? I don't mind driving a bit to get the best service. Thanks!! Thanks again for the advice...have an appointment with a local Belgian Porsche dealer who says this should be no problem (after getting the PIN from Porsche to make the change and a bit of explanation). Will report back once it is complete and I find out how much $$ this will cost. Regards,

    I know this thread is a bit old...but I am running into the same problem. Brought my US-spec 2009 Cayenne to Belgium and would like to get the PCM 3.0 NAV updated for Europe. Local dealers are saying that I have to buy a new PCM system, etc. which sounds totally incorrect. How can I explain to them that I need a new NAV DVD and a PCM re-code?? Thanks in advance!!
