  1. I would like to put 19" RH wheels on my 1999 C2 coupe (NB) and later on lower the car with a new set of springs. Will the 19" wheel clear the body or should I stick with the 18" since I will be lowering the car at a later date. Thanks!
  2. I see you live in the EPA test capital of the world....no smog tests here in Michigan.(yet)
  3. Just finished the installation of the my new FabSpeed exhaust and headers system on my 99 996 C2. After wrestling with a couple of broken bolts :censored: , I had to have a local garage finish it up for me. It sounds great, and I can feel a huge diff in power, much smoother going thru the gears. I think I'm going to dump my cats and go with Fab Speeds straight pipes next. I have a friend who can fix the wiring so the engine check light doesn't come on when you take off the catalytic converters.
  4. Ron, I lived in Orlando most of my life. The Porsche dealer in Maitland usually had everything I needed. I'm not sure what you mean by spares. but there is also a garage in Winter Park called Zotz Racing, should be in the phone book in.
  5. Thanks for the reply, my Saturday afternoon header installation went south.
  6. I'm looking for a good service center in the Northville, Livonia area for engine repair and some aftermarket parts installation. Thanks. 99 996
  7. Thanks for the info I really appreciate it!
  8. I'm in the process of installing a set of headers on my 1999 996 6spd. I need to know what the bolts should be torqued (foot poundes) and if it is ok to use the original bolts. Thanks!
