  2. Ignition switch information from my mech. He stated that my problem was not all that uncommon and that a replacement part and thirty minutes labor will fix the issue...

  3. I am unable to insert my ignition key until I hear an electrically induced "Click" at the switch...No amount of superstitious behaviors can rush my ignition switch into action...been lucky so far as I have only had to wait 1 to three minutes thus far...As I purchased the car used I don't know the history of the key...I have only one key and though the battery was replaced the remote fails to work. Lucky I'm retired, not in a hurry and don't rob banks...heh heh...
