  1. Where is the ECU and Tiptronic controller located at on a Cab?
  2. I found the following instructions: http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...ic=9824&hl= I lost 16 lbs by removing the 2 seat backs.
  3. Any estimate on how much weight loss with the switch from standard to the dry cell batter?
  4. I can hear it from outside the car without the engine running. When I disconnected, silence. Car runs fine otherwise.
  5. Should I be concerned about the audible hum coming from the idle stabilizer (996.606.160.01)? Car runs fine just the annoying hum when ignition on. -1999 996 C2
  6. I want to disable the 2 buttons on the steering wheel and add my own button somewhere close to the gear selector. Anyone know where/which wire loom to disconnect and tap into the circuit? 1999 996 C2 Tiptronic
  7. Is there another sticker that indicates what each fuse is for? I've only had my 1999 996 for 4 months and just starting to get to know all the ins and outs thru this great forum.
  8. Does anyone have a copy of the fuse panel plan that they can scan and attach? I just noticed that I too do not have this. Thanks.
