  1. I found exhaust note to be a bit deeper with PSE on, through the X51 headers.... I love it, plus the burble!!
  2. Here's a starter for part of your question. It was for Dension install under glove box. http://www.flickr.com/photos/33889996@N00/...57600783213574/
  3. This has been discussed at length in the past on rennlist or 6Speed. 1. Dealer comfort setting will slightly increase delay if button is accidentally pushed. 2. RemoteKey will add a significant delay, as well as a lot of nice functions, for a price. 3. Someone has taken keys apart and cut back some of the inside button support to make it less sensitive. There was a thread on this a while back, you'll have to do a search! personally, I love the RemoteKey!!
  4. Make sure that "Traffic Programme" is enabled in the Audio screen of the PCM. Still nothing yet!!
  5. Easy job, I replaced my headers with X51's took an hour, 2 bolts were awkward to get to but not impossible. No removal of anything else, simple unbolt and rebolt headers!
  6. Just had Nav update installed, you can do it easily especially from 06 models on with Level B PCM. Just feed several of the 4 the discs into the Nav drive and follow instructions in TSB from Renntech. Waiting to see if RTT ever works. Aprox $300, get your PCA 10% off. You get a nice CD Case!! __________________
  7. Change out those amber front side markers! Beautiful !!! Enjoy! (My avatar shows your same markers, this was just when I brought her home!)
  8. It is more complicated than before and you need either a PIWIS or an aftermarket product. I am surprised the OPC doesn't know how to do it. The aftermarket product is remoteKey and is made by mods4cars. If you get a RemoteKey, you also get Beep on locking, Rear mirror down in reverse, one touch up passenger window, delay on trunk opening, Windows up & down with key, etc. Best mod you can buy!!
  9. Do a search for black terra on here, rennlist or 6 speed.. He did extensive audio mods. eg..http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=279980
  10. Yes. Just run a wire from the fuse box to switch to relay in engine, or You can tap into the existing wiring below rear seat area. Search here or 6 speed for directions. You'll love it!!!! hi i tried searching i had no luck can you give a link to it thanks http://69.13.120.185/forums/showthread.php...ight=pse+bypass #12 good luck! ck TSB's for install of PSE with wiring diagram!

  12. If you don't need a switch why bother with PSE..,its advantage is the ability to turn it off/on. If you don't need that, any after market will do for less money.!
  13. Wire a switch from fuse box to relay in engine compartment, bypassing the DME and you will have direct on/off without the auto cutoff at certain revs.
  14. Overrevs check by Dealer or anyone with Duramatic software. 18" wheels should be fine for snows. Certified gives longer warrantee
  15. Adaptive sport seats are superior on long trips, standard xenons, 19" wheels are a few things extra with the S. I was sold on my S with the Adaptive seats and Sport Shifter. Nav is a nice feature as is multifunction wheel. Get a readout for overrevs an either.
  16. Thanks So how did the install go? Your impressions of the X51 headers in terms of performance? Do you have high flow cats and aftermarket mufflers as well? Install was quite easy except for one bolt on rt header which was hard to line up because of a hose and a couple of exhaust nuts that were a little tricky to get a socket on! Took me about 2 hrs! Only change so far is a bit throatier tone with the PSE. Standard Cats, no noticeable performance change, nor did I expect any I am hoping for a little better gas mileage, probably in vain. System sounds great and headers can't hurt. Haven't been able to go back to MA. yet for a long distance test!! I Just ordered my PSE and X51 header today. Considerinbg the install myself or just bringing it to the dealer. Did you install the PSE as well? Switch or no switch? Congradulations... PSE was previously installed with a direct wire from fuse box to switch in console to PSE solenoid for complete on/off control, by passing the DME.

  18. I would still like to be able to use Voice Activation with a Tooki, like I can with my Dension Bluetooth!
  19. My 06 S came with P-Zeros, OEM. Already replaced the rears at 14K.
  20. I agree with Neil I have an S and my best mileage was 26 highway, usually 25+or so and 16+/- around town!
