  1. Thanks. Great looking triple black 996 TT you have. How do you like the GT3 seats? I'm thinking about swapping out my stock turbo sport seats to keep me planted while tracking. Looks like you're using regular seat belts and not 5 points. Does that hold you in well enough? I'm looking to get GT3 seats, and probablky add a Brey-Krause harness bar (Cab model) for some 5 pt harnesses.
  2. Thx. Yes, finding that size may be an issue. Looking for some data on track tire selection also. I realize everyone has opinions about the best tires, but what experience do people have with tires on 911 TT's? I'm currently running Pilot Sport PS2's on the street. For track use, looking at Toyo R888's, Pilot Sport Cups, Hankooks, Hoosiers, etc. Thoughts?
  3. New guy question here: I have an '04 996 TT Cab that I'm running in HPDE events. Looking to get a set of track tires/wheels so I reduce wear on my street tires (Pilot Sport PS2's). If I get a set of TT Hollow spoke wheels 18x8.5 front and 18x11 rear, can I mount larger tires on the rear wheels, say 305's instead of the stock 295/30-18's?
  4. Hey guys, I recently had the same issue with my '04 996 TT Cab. The tension cable had actually broken, and I had to have it replaced. There is no adjustment on it that I know of. Tim
