Started drouling at @ 14 took the first plung at --- 25 - 994 Turbo, 27 - 911 SC, 30 - 911 Cab, 32 - Boxster, 39 - 996 Cab... and still going!!! And they keep getting better..... -
Has anyone installed a set of aftermarket side skirts or rear spoiler to there 996??? (or the rear bumper side chin spoilers) If so what brand did you use and are they a good fit or did you have a bad experience w/ poorly made parts?? If you have any pics and or info on where to buy nice quality parts please advise. I'm looking to spruce up my 996 cab but worried I might not get good quality parts. Also did you have them painted or did you order them painted? Thanks for any help or advise you can offer! :thumbup:

Hi guys i'm in a big bind... I drove the car last Saturday to go Christmas shopping and have all the wifes presents in the trunk. So i go out tonight to get them out to wrap and the key fob wont open the door or trunk??? The light on the remote is flashing but nothing!!! What to do.... Thanks

HI, does anyone know if you can program an extra key fob for a 996 by using the key on and off sequence? If you have the 4 digit code without going to the local dealer?? Any help or advice would be great... I have an extra key fob for my car it's just needs to be programmed to my car... :lightbulb:

So is it normal for the car to have a burning smell and ticking noise coming from the rear after you really put it thru it's paces? I notice it only after i really drive it hard, there are no leaks and no oil burning or loss. So what could the smell be and is it normal or should i be concerened??? Does anyone else notice it or am i just being to nervous about driving the car a little harder than normal? thanks... :cursing:

I have the Bose radio in my car and was told i could hook an ipod up to it under the hood? Is this true and if so how do you do it? Do you have to purchase any additional parts or wires? I really miss my ipod tunes!!! My car has a single disc cd player. Thanks for the Help!!! :help:

Ok, so how many of you really like to give your 996 hell??? And if so can it take the abuse and the wrenching of the clutch from a hard squelling take off!!! Please share your does and don'ts when it comes to letting it ride... Can you push it too much and break it or can porsche's really handle the abuse like a race car? Thanks for you coments...
