THANK YOU !!!I havent carried out the mount replacements so don't know if it can be done without engine removal for the turbo. Below is the statement from the maintenance manual 10-35-19. This task can only be performed in the Cayenne S (M48/00) if the engine has been removed or suspended on the body. This description covers suspension on the body.The engine must be removed on the Cayenne Turbo (M48/50) → 100119 Removing and installing V8 4.5 l engine - section on "Removing". The turbochargers are removed next. → 213021 Removing turbocharger - section on "Removing" [9PAAF1 9PAAJ1]→ 213021 21 Removing turbocharger - section on "Removing" [9PAAE1 9PAAE7].

They existing in 2 different versions
- 30 mm and - 40 mm
Qualitity is good like almost everything from H+R.
About the comfort of driving it depends on your wheel / tire set up. I am using Eibach springs - 35m with 295/30/22 wheels. The truck has an excellent handling but the comfort is gone. You will feel it if you driving on bad roads. Off road i didnt even think about.

How you described the problem reminds me to my situation weeks ago.
The coils of course can be the problem. Maybe you should try to replace the remaining ones. Its not that expansive.
But back to the topic...... My problem with the rough idle was the fuel pump. Specially when you wrote it was working some days and after it came back. The reason can be the fuel level in the tank. With tank almost full it works. When you drive some days and fuel level is going down problem is coming back.
The car has 2 pumps. They working both only when you start the car and under full load. In other circumstances just one or the other is working . Search the forum please for
TESTING FUEL PUMPS. You will find some advice how you can find out more

Thank you. Important for me was just to know if a cam sensor fault could end in some way in a stop on the highway and a trip home home by tow away car. Because of the long distances my wife is driving sometime it feels scary. You never know what this time can happen to the big pic

Is it a part which is going to fail after some years or some milage?
What happens if its going to fail? Engine stops?
Is it possible to notice when the part is not working proper and how?
Is there always a code when part fails?

May i ask you please if it is not in some way dangerous to spray all over this electric components or i missunderstood your advice?!Are you talking about some di electric grease or liquid?Thank youRear O2 sensors are fairly easy to replace as you may already know after crawling under the Pig but the fronts are a bit more difficult. They will throw a code when they get to a certain point of failure but they will slowly fail to react properly over time and give poor readings to the ECU before they completely fail. If your Fuel Economy is fairly good, for a pig, then I wouldn't worry about them for now as you've got plenty of other problems. I would pick up a bottle or spray can of a good contact cleaner/enhancer (such as Stabilant 44 from the VW dearler for ProGold (Amazon?)) and go through every connector above and underneath the vehicle and spray on all connections and reseat them, clear the codes and drive and try everything again and see what comes back. This solved a couple of Electrical faults I got when I got my '06 Turbo S.

Regarding the invoice of the Last Job i can Only see:
Right pump replaced.
Filter replaced.
Left pump checked. Only replaced a wire Which was Not sitting correct.

Just drive with tank full. Same strange behaviour.
This car acts like a small child. Every day complaining about something else :-)

Just had the fuel pumps and the filter replaced. Car runs great, even the problem with the idle dip at stops went away. A was so happy but now.... I feel if the fuel level in the tank is going lower the car is acting strange again.
When i take the car from the shop we went for a xmas holiday. First 200 km great performance at any idle and any speed. No problem to hit 250 km/h. Very smooth at all. After about 1/2 tank i would say, suddenly again strange acting again. It feels like there is no fuel for some seconds. I was realy affraid something seriuos again. At lower speed i feel it even more than a higher speed. Any idea what could happen? I feel its in some way related to the last job at the fuel tank. But maybe i am wrong.

Would you share with me how you did solve the problem?I got the pumps and filter replaced . runs great in the beginning even the idle drop problem is gone but..... I have the same strange feeling if fuel level goes lower the car is not running smooth. Thank you.The cross over fittings are all fitted correctly to the best of my knowledge. I am pretty sure my mechanic told me that they are all male and female different sized fittings. Basically car runs great until it hits a 1/4 tank then dies out. Should the car stay running when you disconnect the drivers side pump and leave it to run on passenger side, because it stays on but only for about 10 or so seconds. Thank you for your time and help

Great how you discover this !!!!Stu, Do you have a fuel pressure gauge kit? It would be interesting to see what the retained fuel pressure is. Had a problem like this on my '06 when I got it. The former owner had it to a dealer several times, who couldn't figure it out. I bought a $29.95 fuel-pressure test kit from Harbor Freight, screws right onto the fitting on the fuel rail, that showed pressure dropping immediately on shutting the engine down. The system is supposed to retain pressure up to I think several hours so there is pressure to start the beast. After the new dealer was presented with the problem - both pumps got replaced (didn't help), the pressure regulator was replaced (didn't help) and finally the fuel filter assembly, which apparently has a check valve in it that wasn't sealing. It could be that part, or one of the other check valves in the system isn't sealing, or your hoses between the pumps and other components in the tank have a leak, allowing pressure to bleed down. A fuel pressure test will tell you if this is the problem, and $29.95 is a lot cheaper then throwing parts at it hoping they'll fix it. BTW - knowing the year/model/engine of your P!G would probably make it more likely to get an intelligent answer.. just a thought..

Is somewhat like a memory of all codes which where shown during cayennes entire life?Is it tricky to find out this or porsche schould know how to do it?Thankx a lotThe Cayenne uses a different system then the Porsche cars and contain different information. Neither PIWIS nor Durametric can display the mileage information from the DME. Additionally altering the odometer on a Cayenne is quite trivial with the right tools. Abritus among others makes tools for changing the odometer in the Cayenne, these tools work well on the clusters that do not have a color screen. For the color screen cluster the adjustments are inaccurate but can still be done with a bit more effort. The only way that I know of to get odometer out of a Cayenne ECU is if the car has stored faults that occurred prior to the mileage adjustment. Then the freeze frame data of the stored fault would have the mileage from the time the fault code was stored.

A porsche specialist should know how to do it?Thank youYou need to scan the DME with either a PIWIS or Durametric software system to find what you are looking for. You should also be aware that it is rather difficult to alter the odometer read out.
