  1. If you poke in there a little then blow compressed air, you should hear air under the fender, showing a clear passage of some size
  2. Can you describe the repair? (99 996 c4 tip) I have the same condition, a little extra effort to get the pedal started, then it will stick partially down. I just wasted time and $ changing the m/cyl. But the fluid needed changing so not a total loss
  3. My manual has the "high tone" horn accessible from under the car, the "low tone" remove bumper cover
