  1. the small adapter (no.10) as I recall if you want to use the old secondary pump

but if you buy both pumps its not needed.

your issue was probably the  electrical connection.

you can use some silicon or two sided tape to secure it use your imagination .

    and last

fill the tank to the full mark and check if the fuel gauge works correctly .

and no in tank hoses getting in the way of the floating flanges (no. 3 and 4)

  2. 1-if you replaced both pumps no need to use the adapter

take all the hoses and tubes and test for leaks outside of the tank

replace both flanges (regulators ) on top since your there.

2-the oil leak could be something simple (oil lines) maybe  .

3- what's wrong with the starter first to say the cable needs replacing  .

    be patient

  3. Hi all

    I have a 2006 cayenne s

one thing noticed that when car is at idle I and I want to rev the car let say 1000 RPM

I will keep my foot steady at the pedal or very gentle press the needle or the car cannot hold the rpm

for example if I want to hold the revs above 2000 Rpm or above the needle or the rev well stay steady

only I press gently on the pedal to 1000 , 1200 .900 1300 the needle or engine rev fluctuate or rise to little above and try to go back to idle

    no Fault codes

is throttle body not reading my input clueless ??

short I want to keep revs slightly above idle it well fluctuate

  4. as of now after going throw checking for leaks and cracked coils and fuel pressure and pumps issues

idle drops is there but much smoother drop almost feels normal almost .

    but still

the only thing left is the engine mount

I got quotation for 700$ for parts and labor from a local shop to replace the mounts

right now I ran out of money ill do it after few months I will update you all

please continue replying to my thread so other can benefit
