  1. I ended up getting a PIWIS account. the site will let you put in your VIN and only get back documents related to your vehicle. I for my specific cayenne, that is about 800 documents. At 1.80 each. it was about 1/2 the cost of the whatever the dealer quoted and less then 5K for the unlimited. It took a few weeks to but I now have all the documentsi for my car which is what i really wanted. Here are a few tips on printing Use windows XP and Internet explore. The SVG rendering in vista or windows 7 is not good and other browser are not support. you can print to PDF then have the PDF file for future referance.
  2. Thanks for the reply, I've edited option 3 to better explain what im looking for. The dealer said they would have to order it from Germany and it was 13 volumes. I assume that meant someone in Germany would print off a bunch of pages, put it in a binder and send it off. But the dealer did not have any further info. I would pay for it but I would like to find someone who has the manual set because I have someone specific questions. How many pages is it? If I sign up for the PIWIS, they charge per page, so is it cheaper go the PIWIS route and print it off myself or just buy it from the dealer? It is all very confusing. In the old days I could just buy the manual.
  3. I just took delivery of a 2014 Cayenne S and I’m looking for options on how to get the workshop manuals. There are a few things I’ll like to do but mostly I just want to read through them because…..well, I’m weird and I like to know how stuff works :) As far as I can tell there are 3 options. 1) The dealer quoted me $3500.00 for the set. That’s right $3500. I don’t mind paying for them but holly cow. 2) Join PIWIS TSI (https://techinfo2.porsche.com/PAGInfosystem/VFModuleManager?Type=GVOStart&lk=ELSE) however, I’m a little confused on pricing. Does anyone have access to PIWIS TSI? Is the pricing per page? It also states you have to be a repair shop so I don’t even know if I can get access. 3) Get it from someone who as access. The dealer I bought my cayenne from will print out a few pages for me but I would like to get the entire manual. Does anyone have any other options? I’m super excited about the car, I have 500 miles and it’s been AWESOME!!! Jeff
