Hello, need advice from all of the Porsche Expert here, My name is Donny from Indonesia, i have a Restoration project on 911 (964) 1992 , the engine kind a messed up, most of the part are missing, and instead of try to complete the missing one, a friend suggest to engine swap with 2002 996 , the price is around USD 130,000 , Please advice me is it as simple as plug in to swap 964 to 996 engine ? or its Do able but need alot of effort ? I read some of the engine failure in 996 type , is it true ? Thanks before.
