If the problem is with the light switch ,why the lights start to flashes and do not just remain tyrned off? Is there any prosedure to find out what is happening?After doing a search at the forum one guy had a similar problem but there were not any answers to the problem!

I need help about this. When i turn the lights on they start to flashes and they do not turn on, , but when i have selected to have the high beam switched on i then turn on the lights and the xenon turn on! I need help ,please!
