It's an Exhaust/Muffler Hanger like the ones on an old VW Rabbit/Jetta water cooled car starting about 1975, HAHA! I replaced many. Hey, if it stops a rattle.....

You need to scan it for codes and any other data that might be available from the on board computer. For most, this might not be possible and you may have done all you can do? You might also want to re-post your question under the older Cayenne heading (9PA). Just a thought. Hope all works out for you.
