  1. Hi All, I found my drivers side front and rear footwells to be soaking wet. Using these forums (thanks!) I realised that I had a blocked rear drain. I successfully cleared this today and the car is slowly drying out. However.... I was getting a fault on the PCM of "System error: CD changer, Phone, Amplifier, Navigation system not available". After a bit more googling I saw that there was the telephone control unit under the drivers seat. I removed this and found it to be quite badly damaged - lots of blown resistors, decayed connections etc. It needs to be replaced. My question is, can I just buy a new module (used or new, identical partnumber), fit it and expect it to work, or is each phone control unit specific to the car? To be clear, the part that needs replacing is partnumber 997 646 208 13. I'd appreciate any help someone could give me on this, to help avoid a large Porsche main dealer charge! Thanks M.
