  1. This has happened to my 06 C2S twice in 4000 miles.... and the gas cap thing seems to be the fix. They had it at the dealer for an entire day attempting to find a problem.. and they decided that it was related to a vacuum issue (ie. the gas cap maybe being loose) 1. turn engine off 2. open gas cap 3. start engine and run for few minutes 4. put gas cap back on
  2. Thankfully for those of us that put in the kits.... we can take them with us and move them when we purchase new cars.... (if they never get around to making this available for the 997 again). Mine is still working great except the occasional attempting to acquire signal. ~erik
  3. certainly hope not since the dealers park them outside 24/7/365. ~erik
  4. The dealership really should have disclosed they were gonna repaint the panel... but a good quality paint shop (that has tons of experience painting high end cars) will do it right and it should'nt affect your resale... Its not the same as wrecking the car.... the only thing that might affect you at resale is if the shop isn't experienced and you end up with a mismatched tone from car to resprayed panel.... or orange peel where the rest of the car is smooth... I have had hoods resprayed to fix massive rock chips and when done by a really good shop... never could tell a difference.... so... make em do it right.. until your happy... enjoy your FREE PSE (which is gotta be the best Posche option ever) and enjoy the ride.... ~ erik
  5. Unfortunately you have to know the city in which you are providing the address.... I just tried entering the street name and it assumed the last city I had entered in my destination... had to change the city to get another list of street names. ~erik
