  1. I recently had to replace mine when they popped off while deploying my top and I found that the clips were deformed. The new ones were not too expensive at a bit over $20 each. Part number 987.561.445.00 is for Left side and part number 987.561.446.00 is for Right side. The letters "L" and "R" are molded into the shield between the middle clips (blue circle). The circles show the important items for installation. Yellow is a tab, blue is a pair of clips, green is a molded pin and orange is another clip. The Tab slips into a slot at the rear of the arm. Note the position of the center clips. The first step is to slide the tab in and then go to the molded pin and locate the hole at the other end of the arm. Slide the pin into the hole and force the clip at the end of the shield over the protruding nut at the very end of the arm. Then move to the center clips and push the shield clips around the arm. Return to the front and ensure that the pin is in the hole and the clip over the nut is still properly in place. The whole shield should be tight and feel solid without wobble. The finished installation should look like the photo below: Hope this helps anyone else installing these since the Katalog drawing is not very helpful due to lack of detail. Best regards, John
