  1. This is pretty normal for me as well. I burn a quart every couple thousand miles. Just buy the big 5 quart bottle of 0W40 and keep it on hand. It's a little less than buying them one at a time. I was also alarmed at first but after confirming no leaks I just got used to it.
  2. Thanks a ton! Got the green cap myself but couldn't figure out the connector to save my life. Glad I didn't break it like some others here.
  3. Had this issue with my 05 TT, tried many of these fixes and what ultimately worked is taking needle nose pliers and bending the male ends of the socket connector upwards (slightly & gently) to make a better connection when seated back with the female receptical on the harness. I stopped short of plugging it in directly since typically you have to shave the clips off the wireing harness to allow the headlight to fit back in the mounting bracket.
