  1. I need a new orange reflector triangle for the passenger side headlight and I've come across three part numbers for this and I don't want to order the wrong one. Could someone please help me out with this. It's for a 98 model. thx. 996 631 035 00 996 631 035 01 996 631 036 00
  2. below is an email from when I was talking to those gusy a few months ago. honestly, there are only two options for the box that makes it since it can only 6.5" subs, the jl 6w0, or hte elemental design eu700, i strongly recommend the eu700, cheaper and a lot more output than the JL. a box painted silver with two eu700s would be around 1000 plus shipping a box thats rough sanded with two eu700 so you can give it to a local body shop and finish sanding and painting is around 700 Bing
  3. I'd go with a different sub, possibly this one
  4. So I got the door panel off and used a multimeter out to check the voltage. The switch was fine so I took the plug off the motor and found the problem, the brown and yellow wires had somehow been cut. After some soldering and electrical tape everything was all better. Thanks guys.
  5. Yesterday my passenger window stopped working for some reason on my 98. I had noticed that it was slightly slower than the drivers side since I got the car but it still went up and down strong. I checked the fuses and nothing was blown. Then I reseated the switch in the console but still get nothing. I hear no sounds at all coming from the passenger side door when I hit the switch. How do I check to see if the regulator or the motor has gone bad? I've done some searches on it but I haven't found anything to test the problem. thanks in advance!
  6. I have the same problem in my 98, its the ignition switch. Look it up on here and you'll find the part number (its an audi part you can get for like $40) and the complete walkthrough with pics is on here too.
