  1. I had my 996 passenger door painted to fix a scrape, they evidently pried up the window seal at the top of the door, and replaced it badly - leaving it "waffled." A new seal cost almost $300 and requires removing the door panel. Does anyone know how to re-seat the seal without going through all that?
  2. Several tutorials re: replacing rear quarter window weather seal say "raise window fully by pressing the microswitch in the "windscreen panel" while pressing the rocker switch - but - where the heck is the microswitch? Does the door panel upholstery have to be removed to get to it?
