I paid for some time on that site and found that all of the technical documents for the 14 turbo (the only car I was researching) referenced drawings/diagrams which were not shown in the documents. I tested with IE, FF, and Chrome and it was the same on all browsers. Am I missing something? How does one get access to the diagrams?

Thanks for the explanation. That's sad.... maybe they should hire a few competent software devs. After digging around on their technical manual site, it's clear there's no talent in that part of the organization.

Can someone tell me what is actually involved in loading feature addition software like the (logbook or online) by the dealer (how much work is it really)? My local dealer is trying to get an hour of labor for each install and I cannot for a minute believe that there is any significant work involved.
