Exhaust tip diameters

Recommended Posts

I have a 2001 C2 Cab with stock exhaust tips. I want larger oval tips that will better fill the bumper cutout without looking strange. How wide a diameter can I go on new tips? I looked at the Schnell and Dansk Ovals, are they bigger than my stock tips (996 111 251 55) and does anyone have preferences?

I originally had the large oval Stainless Steel tips on my aero coupe. They are quite large and fill out the rear bumper cutout completely. I recently installed dual twin turbo tips and could sell you my stock aero tips for $150 plus actual shipping. They are in fantastic shape, fit perfectly and are easy to install.

Which turbo style tips did you get? Where did you get them? Are you happy with them?
