What the hell is the little part on the passenger side of the front bumper? I looks like a little pitot tube with a wire off the back of it. Anyone?

That's the outside air thermometer to tell you what the temperature is that you read on your OBC.

it would help if you have a pic but there something you could pull to access the fuel tank manually
