Interior/Top Fabric

Recommended Posts

I have a 2002 C2 Cab. after looking thru multiple radar detector posts, it seems the best solution will be to fabricate a center "Bump" on the rear trim between the two rollover protection bars. I can then either use the V1 remote Mirror or a PC/USB integration into the carputer. This would allow for a permanent install that would work top up or down without attracting the attention of LE or Thieves (i've lost a V1 and a 8500 already in other cars when parking in strange places and not removing them from the dash).

Anyone have an idea if this fabric is orderable? For this to be truley antitheft with the top down it needs to be a perfect match.

My car is Seal Gray / Black

Edit:

I'm looking for the fabric used on part #1 from this post:

worse case I could buy a new part for $300 and hack it up. Altho that's a pricey option, i guess it would still be cheaper than replacing a sliced softop or broken window when someone decided they wanted the V1 (plus the replacement V1). Hopfully there is a less expensive way!
