GT3 center radiator

I am considering putting on the GT3 front bumper. To make it look (I don't like radiato grills you can install to hide the radiators) and function the best way I would like to install a center radiator. I wonder though how the air leads trough the top vent of the bumper. Is it a tray behind the central radiator or does the air flow go straight through?

Pictures or illustration would be most helpfull :rolleyes:

I am talking about the GT3 front bumper not the RS and for 997 it has upper vents. I am wonder have the upper vent system function. I have checked the parts catalog but I can't understand how it works.
