U-Haul X-Country Transport

I am going to move my 997 from Texas to Indiana on a U-Haul 'Auto Transport' trailer. I am concerned about low-ground clearance of car and getting it on the trailer. U-Haul has instructions, but wonder if anyone has experience and tips for best practices.

Also, since I will be new to snowy climate, looking for recommendations for all-season and/or snow tires.

Hi,

Suggest you put the trailer in the gutter and drive the car

down the driveway and on to the ramps. Run the car

smooth up the ramps and do not gun it because the ramps will shoot

out of the trailer. I have not done this but I have watched others.
