Gt2 Track Alignment

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I trying to find best alignment for gt2 for mainly trach use witk semislick tires. I ckecked standard setting with low toe-in in front and rear ( but within factory specs) and standard height but with more negatve camber - about 3 deg. and found car very unstable with high speed with too much oversteer. Sway bar setting was 1 from full hard front and same rear. I have reduced tire pressure to about 2.0 bar front and 2.3 rear hot and it helped but not too much. Tires were Toyo R888 which in my opinion loose grip when get hot.

What do you suggest to do? Increase rear toe-in ? Mistake with tires ?

On my '99 gt3 i had recommeneded by Rennlist members settings and I was very happy with car behavior.

Gt2 is new car for me and I have to find safe setting.

Thanks for suugestions.

Regards

Maciej
