PCM faceplate remove

Does anybody know how to remove the PCM faceplate AFTER removing the PCM. Removing the PCM itself is not the problem, but i dont know how to get the plate off??

The reason is, i want to paint this cheap vulcano plastic look stuff, because i forgot to order it.....
