Im looking into getting stock 993 turbo exhaust for my 1995 carrera cab. and i was wondering if there is any difference in sound of the stock 993 turbo exhaust compared to the stock exhaust of a 993 carrera cab? is it louder? is there any gain in HP at all? all I really want is a better, louder sound even if I dont get any performance from it.

the first thing to do is your exhaust tips.

If you have the small standard tips with the rolled edge, change them for the larger [non lip] tip.

The difference in volume is quite surprising !

Carrera Guy, turbo mufflers will not fit on your cab. the tip mounts are too far outside to compensate for the wide body of the turbo. I have the perfect solution for. Contact me at fisterd@earthlink.net
