How to tell if seat recall was done

Recommended Posts

I recently bought a 2003 C4S, and when I was browsing through the TSB's on this site, I noticed that there was a seat recall that included my car. The TSB mentioned that the dealer should have marked in my maintenance log that the recall was done. I don't have that entry.

I'll call the dealer tomorrow, but is there any way to identify the seats as being pre or post recall?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Only the Official Porsche Centers have this info via Porsche Partner Network, the actions who are still open appears on the work sheet. They mark the maintenance log when the action is done.

Since the dealer's service section is closed for the weekend, is there anyone who works for a dealer that would mind running my VIN and seeing if (and when) the seat replacement was done? My VIN is WPOAA29953S622228.

Thanks again for the help.
