cdr23/multifunction steering wheel

I just purchased a 2008 Cayenne 6-cylinder with a CDR23 stereo. I have programmed my preset stations. However, when I press the channel change button on the steering wheel, it does not go to my presets - I just goes to the next available station (pretty useless). Is there any way to have the steering wheel control advance the station to my next preset?

Funny this was one of the complaints of the CDR-23 back when the Cayenne came out in 2003, I guess they never bothered listening to the customers.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for the my Nav system either.
