996 Cam too short?

Do you mean with "too short" used ( cam hardness base breakthrough ). This is a very uncommon issue, don't think that you can find a lot of info about that on Porsche forums.

I have not heard anything on this one.

Did you get the 99' C4? That is a sweet ride with a TON of mods (the right ones also)!!! It came on sale two weeks too late for me. (I had just bought and shipped one from TX to Boston) Not sure if you have previous pcar experience, but as a new pcar owner myself......you'll love her.

Yeah I got the 99 C4. It is my first pcar.
