is there any difference from the ones u buy as aftermarket compared to the ones that come on the 996's as a factory option? like are the side skirts connected to the body, or are they like the ones you buy from places where you can disconnected it from the body. What im trying to say is , is the side skirts from the porsches that have them on from the factory connected with the body or are they seprate, where you can remove them if you wanted to? I just want the perfect fit if i get a aero kit. and do you know if the aftermarket ones you would buy would fit perfectly, unlike those honda body kits which never seem to fit right? Sorry, I just got my Porsche like a month ago, so im still learning this stuff. Thanks

If you buy factory/OEM parts they will fit fine...

If you order the aerokit from factory before buying the car they still do the same thing so the sideskirts are always an add-on and not part of the body
