Okay I have a date for completion of my project. Engine is on it's way. Work will begin January 2nd. If all goes well I will have the car back on the 9th.

Seems like a long time away...

I can't wait for my father-in-law to say to me at Christmas "So how is that Porsche of yours running?" Oi...

Happy holidays and thanks to everyone on the forum for all the great information they have given during my time of sorrow

Please provide us with as much details as possible, and any issues you may have ran into (in case other people want to swap to 3.6)!

I will provide as many details as I can. The 3.4 engine will come out on the 2nd of January and the 3.6 will go in the next day. As long as there are no unforseen problems I should have the car back by the 5th or 6th. They (Roock Autosport) are flying out a tech from Atlanta so they are trying it get it completed as soon as possible.

I would love to be there an watch the entire process but I'm working that week

Can't wait.....
