Cayenne Gen 2 Turbo oil change

Recommended Posts

Is oil change procedure on v8 the same as V6?

What is the size of oil filter wrench?

What is in 3k miles service apart from oil change? (or the broader question is Service checklist for Gen 1 and 2 the same)?

Is service covered by new car warranty?

thanks in advance

Minor maintenance Cayenne/S/Turbo A markets ( depending fuel quality ): 30.000 - 90.000 - 150.000 - 210.000 Km.

20.000 - 60.000 - 1000.000 - 140.000 miles

Change engine oil and filter + approx. 15 points to check ( in fact the same as gen. 1 )

Major maintenance:

60.000 - 120.000 - 180.000 - 240.000 Km. / 40.000 - 80.000 - 120.000 - 160.000 miles

Change oil and filter/replace interior particle filter + approx. 23 points to check.

Additional maintenance:

Replace spark plugs: V6=60.000Km/40.000miles or every 4 years - V8S: 90.000Km/60.000miles or every 4 years - V8T: 60.000Km/40.000miles or every 4 years

Every 90.000Km/60.000miles or 6 years replace poly-V belt - replace PDCC reservoir ( optional )

Every 120.000Km/80.000miles or every 4 years: replace air cleaner elements.

Every 240.000Km/160.000miles or every 16 years: all wheel final drive - rear final drive - transfer box - manual transmission - change oil - Tiptronic - change ATF + filter

Every 2 years: change brake fluid

Every 4 years: replace tyre sealant

After 4 years, the every 2 years: check/change TPM system battery's

After 10 years, then every 2 years: check airbag operation and condition ( special operation )

Hope it helps.

The first service after delivery from new, with the service reminder reset at delivery, is still 30.000Km/20.000miles or 2 years. 3.000miles is not included in the ROW Europe service manual ( A market ), but it does no harm to change the oil/filter within a shorter period if you like. Wink: DFI engines prefer 5W-50 engine oil to reduce oil consumption. ;)
