I have a mobridge BT and sirius in my 2005 CTT with PCM 2.1. The pcm unit i had did not have the phone buttons even though the BT did work. I was able to get a newer PCM 2.1 with the phone buttons. I am getting a phone error. I can push eneter and bypass it. The phone and all other functions work great. I am guessing the previous ownwer had factory phone and the PCM is looking for it. How can I shut off factory phone option without getting a dealer invloved.

Thanks,

Andy

Sorry you cannot, it must be done thru PIWIS, and by an experienced user, don't bring it to my dealer for sure they are useless

I have a similar "problem". In my 2008 CS, I originally had a Mobridge Audio, and now I finally had some time to swap it out with a Mobridge BT. Now I am getting the CD Changer not available message. But everything works OK. The BT and the iPod functions all seem to work.

Looks like the CD Changer is not found, but the system did find a Phone. Everything worked without error with the Mobridge Audio. I found another thread PIWIS Link, where Berty987 says it may be easier to just leave it since it works. However that case dealt with a newer PCM and an older AMP.

Andy, if you find someone local in NY, let me know.
