If your doing an 08 get your self a right angle ratchet driver. There is a cut out in the sheet metal that allows VERY tight access for the top screw. You end up with both hands under the well cover, 1 working blind lining up the torx into the screw, then pressing the tip hard and the other turning the handle.

Take my tip, try for 5 minutes then take a break, walk around, tell yourself you wont be beaten by a dumb design engineer and have another go. I also found that closing my eyes and using the force helped.

Worthy of note also is that the bulb is now in a new position, instead of being at the top like the orange one, the clears are at the bottom and with white LEDs does a great job of flood lighting the wheels.
