Need Help With 2005 Cayenne Water Leak From The Roof

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I need help with my 2005 Cayenne water leaking. When it's rainning and when my engine is running, there is water leaking out from the roof at the handle of the rear seat on the driver side. We had a lot of rain over the weekend in NY and my car was left outside but nothing happen until I started my engine and I could see water start dripping out from the rear handle. My roof and side panel were soaking wet. I left my car in the rain the whole day (~12 hrs) and came out after work the roof was all dried up and the carpet and seat were still damped. But the rain already stopped by then so when I started my engine, there was no leaking anymore. I am not sure what was the problem. How come water only leaking out when my engine start? Does anyone have the same problem? I read a few posts from the forum, but most of the problems are leaking from the door panel and not the roof. Can some one help me with this problem.

Thanks,

Ken
