Washer Fluid Reservoir Replacement Or Fix

I have a 2004 Cayenne S and I'm having a problem with the washer fluid reservoir. I put water in and most of empties to the floor. Only enough stays in to wash windows a handful of times. Replacement of it or fix it? I need to know how to replace it, the part numbers, where to buy 1, the cost, and/or detailed explanation of how to fix the current one if I don't replace it. I would rather not pay the dealer my right arm to do the work.

pull out your left headlight, look thru behind it you will see the problem. The fill spout has detached from the container, just push it back in

I wish I read this post YESTERDAY. I just removed my wheel well to do mine! I did not think of going through the headlight opening. All hail Mudman.
