Driver's Seat Removal

I have taken all the bolts out that hold the driver's seat in place and two other electrical connections connected to the driver's seat but cannot figure out how to take out the 4 pronged black part indicated by the arrows. Any ideas?

Thanks for replying but in the link shown, and its multiple pages, there is only one main connector described. In my car there are three seperate connectors. I have the first two off as shown in my pic and your link but the third one is what I need help with. That third one is not described any where that I have seen. :( Still need help.

Got it. Brando over at 6speedonline said to use a screw driver and push tab out a little further and it worked. thanks
