I have seen that happen once in a while, it says 0 Satelites right ? I have had that for 30 minutes of so but it eventually comes back. I did fix it once by shutting the car of for 10 minutes, next time it came up right away

I have done various stuff to resolve it but getting nowhere!!

Like reset of 1-4-8 with the sim drawer opened!!

Take out the GPS antena from the rear of the head unit!

The car has 22" alloys would this be causing any problem??????

Apart from shaking the car a bit I dont think so. Where did you see a GPS plugged into the back of the reciever ? I would pull and re seat all the plugs back there as a start. The actual reciever is under the rear spoiler, perhaps water got in

Just purchased a new universal GPS Aerial and within 3mins of plugging it into the rear of the DVD unit under the drivers seat!!

Hey presto!!! now working and it only cost £14.99
