997.2 GT3RS Brakes and Tyres

Guys,

I could do with some advice please.

I currently run a 997.2 GT3 and am seriously considering a 2010 RS.

What are the drawbacks with PCCB as most of the cars I'm looking at have them fitted?

In addition, as I live in the UK and the weather is terrible can I run an alternative to sport cups, say P Zero Corsas without too much of an adverse effect on the RSs dynamics??

Thanks guys,

Harry.

I had a .2 GT3 and now own a .2 GT3RS with PCCB.

I do like the PCCB's ... quiet and excellent stopping, but maintenance will be more expensive.

I prefer the Corsas but still, these are not serious wet weather tires. I'm finding the tyre options fewer for the RS than the GT3.

If you can stand the at-idle rattle of the LWFW and extra road noise mostly due to the extra rubber, the "upgrade" is well worth it IMHO.

Good luck!
