Vinyl window, top scuffing

OK. The top on my 2000 BoxS is getting a little scruffy, and the window is developing a crack. So I'm lookin' for a Mid- Atlantic indie who'll give me a good deal on a new (German canvas) w/ glass window replacement. Near DC. Anybody have any experience here?

Nope. I have a v. good indie shop for mech. work near Hagerstown. Still lookin' around. for a conv. top guy (girl?). Not desperate yet.

Is the shop you're referring to a Porsche specialist? I'm about 30 mins outside of Hagerstown, it'd be nice to have someone to do specialized work if need be.
