Ok, I am not sure even how to figure this out. My painter brought the car to me and when he came to my house the wipers would keep going on intermittently . The stalk is in the off postion but the wipers still going. I take the key out of the ignition and turn the headlight switch to parking lights and I hear an awful grinding noise and my headlights started going like disco headlights but the funny part is the the headlight switch was not on the position of headlights but parking lights. When I turn off the headlight switch in the off postion the wipers stop .... what is the problem???? headlight switch? wiper intermitent relay?
