I just purchased a `95 993 and the dimmer knob was broken off. I've purchased a new one and want to install it. How do I gain access to the back side of the instrument cluster to do so? I also want to check the lighting on the digital readout for the OBC because it is quite dim. ANY help is appreciated.

Rick at Weekend Rides gave me the guidance I needed. Simply pull the gauges out. They are held in place with rubber gaskets and require a little oomph. But, they pull right out and pop right back in. The dimmer switch has been replaced and I did it in under 5 minutes. I'll be searching at Weekend Rides first for any and all used parts I need. Thanks Rick!
