Steering Lock Fault- Help!

Hi all,

I have a 2004Cayenne S RHD- I parked it thre othe day with the steering on a full lock. When i went i next opened the door it came up with the 'move steering' on the dash display. When i put the key in the ignition you just get a clicking from the steering column as the steering lock intermitantly cuts in and out and the car will not start. So far i have checked the battery/recharged it/disconnected and reconnected it/checked the batteries in both my keys. All this hasnt worked. I have heard that cayennes might have 2 batteries- Is this true? Any help that saves me from getting it transported to the local overpriced dealer will save my life. Earlier this year the dealer tried to charge me £500 to unblock the bulkhead drain plugs!
