I have a 2010 panamera turbo. According to the manual, it's possible to set the assignment of the MFS button (on the left side of the steering wheel, has a "diamond" on it, see pages 115-116, and 151 )

On my car, the menu specified by the manual is not there. The dealer says that's only for the European cars. Anyone have any experience with this?

It's on my car (in Canada) Page 151 of the manual, as you mentioned:

Changing button assignment on multi- function steering wheel

The assignment of the MFS button on the multi- function display can be changed individually. Functions from the multi-function display or PCM can be assigned to the MFS button.

1. Select> “Vehicle”

> “Settings”> “Steering wheel op.”

2. “Multif. key” and confirm.

3. Select “PCM function” or “Inst. clus. fun.”and confirm.

4. Select desired function assignment and confirm.

Thanks, but the problem is that my car doesn't have that option on the menu. For some reason, they have disabled it. I don't know what the real reason is, other than it doesn't seem to be enabled on US cars. Unless

anyone knows differently
