Does anyone with a Cayenne Turbo, find the delivery of power (under heavy acceleration) to be less than smooth? Even though it pulls very strong, mine seems to have power that is a bit intermittent. It is most noticeable in 2nd gear. It feels almost as if the boost is cutting in and out rapidly (my boost gauge reads fine). I previously owned an S and the power was very smooth through the entire range. I’m wondering if my Turbo’s power band is normal and just the result of all of that horsepower, or if there might be something wrong. – Thank you for your responses.

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried turning off the PCM but the same problem persists. Is it possible that the waste gate is “fluttering” so fast that it would let me feel the rapid cutting in/out of power? I’ll take it in and see what service thinks. I’ll drive a different one as well and compare. -John
